• The Wandsworth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No. -) Order 20

• 2 The general effect of the Order would be to introduce yellow line waiting restrictions operating “at any time” in Sullivan Close along the kerb-lines surrounding the roundabout, adjacent to Scholey House, Ingrave Street and Hawk House and Peregrine House, Sullivan Close.

The purpose of the proposed restrictions is to prevent obstructive parking to ensure vehicle access and to allow refuse collections to take place.

• 3 Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Order, including a plan showing the locations of the changes, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive in the Concourse, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU . The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order is made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order.
