We give you notice of the following in accordance with Legislation section: Rule 4.228 of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986 .

On 1 June 2012 the above-named Company entered administration.

1. Protec Recruitment Services Limited (Company No 07320535) hereby gives notice that it intends to trade under a name similar to that which the above-named insolvent Company was known by and a prohibited name pursuant to Legislation section: section 216 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 . Certain of the business and assets of the above-named insolvent Company were purchased by Protec Recruitment Services Limited on 1 June 2012 .

2. I, Matthew Benjamin Crossley of 61 Lancaster Road, Cabus, Preston PR3 1JD, was a Office holder capacity: Director of the above-named insolvent Company on the day it entered administration. I hereby give notice pursuant to Legislation section: rule 4.228 of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986 that I am acting and intend to continue to act in one or more of the ways to which Legislation section: section 216(3) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 would apply if the above-named insolvent Company were to go into insolvent liquidation in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the above-named insolvent Company under the following name: Protec Recruitment Services Limited, trading as The Industrial Works Solutions UK.
