THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice that she has made an Order under Legislation section: Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highways (North West) (No. 30) Order 2012” authorising the stopping up of a western part width of Tower Promenade abutting the eastern boundary of no. 76 Victoria Parade at New Brighton in the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted to G Sandland by Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council on 31 March 2006 under reference APP/2005/7339.

COPIES OF THE ORDER MAY BE OBTAINED, free of charge, on application to the Secretary of State, addressed to the National Transport Casework Team, 2nd Floor, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH (quoting reference NATTRAN/NW/S247/345) and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at Wallasey Central Library, Earlston Road, Wallasey, Wirral, Merseyside, CH45 5DX .

ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED BY THE ORDER and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the 28 June 2012 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
