Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Gable House, 239 Regents Park Road, London N3 3LF, on 10 July 2012, at 10.00 am to receive a statement of affairs of the company; To hear a report on the company’s position; To nominate an insolvency practitioner as liquidator; If fit, to appoint a liquidation committee; and to pass any other resolution considered necessary.
