Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 85(1) and 109(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 4.106A of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that at a Special General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held on 19 June 2012, the following resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a special resolution and No 2 as an ordinary resolution:

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That David Patrick Meany (IP No 9453) of AshtonsJWD LLP, 22 Basepoint Business Centre, Aviation Park West, Enterprise Way, Christchurch BH23 6NX be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up”.

The appointment of David Patrick Meany (IP No 9453) as Liquidator was confirmed by resolution of the creditors on 19 June 2012.
