Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to a transfer made on 18 June 2012:
(a) Meyer Bergman General Partner (Scotland) Limited transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to Meyer Bergman European Retail Partners II Scottish Limited Partnership; and
(b) with effect from 18June 2012, Meyer Bergman General Partner (Scotland) Limited ceased to be, and Meyer Bergman European Retail Partners II Scottish Limited Partnership became, a limited partner in the Partnership.
