Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 21 June 2012:

1. National Nominees Limited as nominee for Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation transferred 100% of the interest held by it in YBR Feeder LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP 010781, to Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation as trustee for the ARIA Investments Trust, and that with effect from 21 June 2012, Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation as trustee for the ARIA Investments Trust was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner, and National Nominees Limited as nominee for Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership (the “First Transfer”)

2. Immediately following the First Transfer, Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation as trustee for the ARIA Investments Trust transferred 100% of the interest held by it in the Partnership to ARIA Co Pty Ltd as trustee for the PSS/CSS Investment Trust (the “Second Transfer”). As a result of the Second Transfer with effect from 21 June 2012, ARIA Co Pty Ltd as trustee for the PSS/CSS Investment Trust was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner and Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation as trustee for the ARIA Investments Trust ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership
