Notice is hereby given that Westermost Rough Ltd, 33 Grosvenor Place, London, SW1X 7HY has applied to the Marine Management Organisation (MMO)to undertake a regulated activity under Part 4 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.
Westermost Rough Ltd has applied for a variation to Marine Licence 34633/091124/1.The location of the project will be situated 8km off the Yorkshire coast, north of Hull and will consist of an array of wind turbine generators with a maximum total capacity of245MW.The variation is in relation to the following proposed changes:
• Foundation design
• Turbine height
• Rotor diameter
Together with the Marine Licence variation request, Westermost Rough Ltd has produced an addendum to the Environmental Statement. The addendum to the Environmental Statement documents a request for an additional export cable as part of the project.Westermost Rough Ltd can confirm it no longer wishes to pursue the request for the additional export cable as part of the Marine Licence variation request.
The co-ordinates for the proposed variation are within the Westermost Rough Offshore Wind Farm boundaries (WGS84) which are defined by the following coordinates:

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
