Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: section 106 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, and Legislation section: Rule 4.126 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members and a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company are to be held at Olympia House, Armitage Road, London NW11 8RQ, on 8 August 2012, at 3.00 pm and 3.15 pm respectively, for the purposes of:

(a) Receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the winding-up and hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator.

(b) Resolving that the Liquidator be released from office.

A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A Proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. For the purposes of voting, the proxy form issued to Members and Creditors must be lodged with me no later than 12.00 noon on 7 August 2012.
