A meeting of creditors of BCCI SA has been summoned under Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (the “Act”) by Angus Martin, Ralph Preece, and John Richards (the liquidators currently appointed to conduct the English liquidation of BCCI SA) for the purpose of: (a) receiving the report of the winding-up from the liquidators of BCCI SA appointed in England; and determining whether the Liquidators of BCCI SA appointed in England should have their release under Section 174 of the Act. The meeting will be held on 17 May 2012 at 11.00 am at The Great Hall, Central Hall Westminster, Storey’s Gate, London, SW1H 9NH, UK.

Those creditors wishing to attend the meeting are requested to complete the Intention to Attend form and return it by post to the English Liquidators address at: BCCI SA, Athene Place, Floor 5, 66 Shoe Lane, London, EC4A 3BQ, UK or by fax to +44 (0) 207 007 0799, or a scanned copy by email to ukbcci@deloitte.co.uk.

If you wish to be represented at the meeting by a Proxy you must complete the Proxy form and return it to the Athene Place, Floor 5, 66 Shoe Lane, London, EC4A 3BQ as soon as possible but in any event so that it is received no later than 12.00 noon on 16 May 2012.
