Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Sections 93 and 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a combined annual and final general meeting of the above Company will be held at Jaeger House, 5 Clanricarde Gardens, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1PE on 26 April 2012 at 10.00am, for the purpose of having an account laid before the member showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators. The member entitled to attend and vote at the meetings may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the Company.

A proxy form is available which must be lodged with us not later than 12.00 noon on 25 April 2012 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting.
