Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a final general meeting of the Companies will be held at Deloitte LLP, Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London EC4A 3WA on 9 November 2011 between 10.00 am and 11.00 am, to consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolutions: “That the Joint Liquidators’ statement of account for the period of the liquidation be approved; and That the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Joint Liquidators be disposed of as the Joint Liquidators see fit, subject to any legal requirements governing the period of retention.”

A member of the Company entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him/her. A proxy need not be a member of the Company. Proxies must be lodged at the offices of Deloitte LLP, Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London EC4A 3WA no later than 12 noon on 7 November 2011.
