Notice is hereby given by Michael Colin John Sanders and Georgina Marie Eason (IP Nos 9688 and 8698), both of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ that the business of a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company is to be held by correspondence. The business is that which would have been carried out at an initial creditors meeting under Legislation: paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 Legislation section: to the Insolvency Act 1986. In order to vote, you must complete and return to me Form 2.25B (Notice of Business by Correspondence) together with details in writing of your claim, not later than 12.00 noon on 20 September 2011. To enable your vote to be counted details of your claim should also be provided by way of the enclosed proof of debt form. However, creditors whose debts total at least 10% of the debts of the Company are able to requisition a meeting in accordance with paragraph 52(2) of Schedule B1.
