Notice is hereby given that by an Order of the Court dated 17 May 2011 made on the Application of Mark Ranson of Baker Tilly:

1. The bankruptcy proceedings in the matters of Mark Anthony Tomlinson (1491 of 2010) and Karen Ann Tomlinson (1490 of 2010) be consolidated under court number 1490 of 2010

2. The Applicant (or any subsequently appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy) be at liberty to deal with the assets of the former partnership business known as “Rowe Eyecare”; and

3. The matter description be amended to read “The consolidated bankruptcies of Mark Anthony Tomlinson (originally court number 1491 of 2010) and Karen Ann Tomlinson (originally court number 1490 of 2010), formerly trading together in partnership which operated the opticians known as ‘Rowe Eyecare’ from premises at Princess Square, Northumberland House, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8ER”.

Mark Ranson (IP number 9299) of Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP, 1 St James’ Gate, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4AD was appointed as Trustee of the Bankrupt’s Estate on 11 May 2010. The Bankrupt’s date of birth is 23 April 1970 and their residential address was 13 Woodmans Way, Fellside Park, Whickham, Tyne & Wear NE16 5TR
