At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named company held at The Aylestone Court Hotel, Hereford, on 21 April 2011 the following Resolutions were duly passed; number 1 as a Special Resolution and number 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:

1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Robert Charles Millichap, of Little Badnage, Badnage Lane, Tillington, Herefordshire HR4 8LP, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of its voluntary winding-up.”

At a Meeting of Creditors held on 21 April 2011 the Creditors confirmed the appointment of Robert Charles Millichap as Liquidator.
