Notice is given pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907 that on 21 March 2011 Phildrew Nominees Limited transferred its interest in UBS (UK) Real Estate Funds Selection Global Ex Canada LP (the “Partnership”) to UBS Global Asset Management (UK) Limited, the general partner of the Partnership, whereupon Phildrew Nominees Limited ceased to be limited partner in the Partnership.
