We, Mr Robert Daniel Watson, of 8 Dorset Way, Billericay, Essex CM12 0UD and Mr Robert William James Watson, of 243 Mountnessing Road, Billericay, Essex CM12 0EH and Mrs Judith Helen Watson of 243 Mountenssing Road, Billericay, Essex CM12 0EH hereby jointly give notice that with effect from close of business on 4 April 2011 our Partnership under the Partnership name Eagle Printers with its Principal Office at 2 Molyneaux Court, Radford Way, Billericay, Essex CM12 0BT (“Business”) will be formally dissolved.

With effect from 5 April 2011, the Business of the Partnership and all debts due to and owing by the Partnership will be transferred to Eagle Press Limited who will continue to operate the Business from 2 Molyneaux Court, Radford Way, Billericay, Essex CM12 0BT.
