NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Orders would be to:-
- a introduce/extend/remove waiting and loading restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
- b introduce additional School Keep Clear markings as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
- c formalise an existing doctors bay as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
- d remove one time restricted free parking space from outside No. 515 Upper Elmers End Road, Beckenham (Eden Park Shop) to allow access for loading/unloading.
Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Orders.
A copy of the proposed orders, of the plans of the schemes and of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent.
ANY person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environment, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)/RP/T100/565 not later than 20th April 2011.
Persons objecting to the proposed orders should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open to public inspection.

WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting At Any Time:-
ADDINGTON ROAD, West Wickham, the north west side, from a point 6m south west of the south western kerbline of Courtfield Rise north eastwards to a point 7m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Courtfield Rise.
ALBEMARLE ROAD, Beckenham, the north side, (i) from a point 9m west of the western kerbline of Penrith Close eastwards to a point 9m east of the eastern kerbline of Penrith Close; (ii) from a point 9m west of the western kerbline of Sutton Close eastwards to a point 10m east of the eastern kerbline of Sutton Close.
BLACKBROOK LANE, Bromley, (a) the west side, from a point 3m south of the common boundary of Nos. 81 & 83 southwards to a point 10m south of the southern kerbline of Springfield Gardens; (b)the east side, from a point 8m north of a point opposite the northern kerbline of Springfield Gardens northwards to a point 4m north of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 81 & 83.
BRAMERTON ROAD, Beckenham, both sides, from the western kerbline of Village Way westwards for a distance of 15m.
CLARENCE ROAD, Bromley, both sides, from the northern kerbline of Southlands Road northwards for a distance of 9m.
COURTFIELD RISE, West Wickham, both sides, from the north western kerbline of Addington Road north westwards for a distance of 9m.
CROYDON ROAD, West Wickham, the north side, from the eastern kerbline of the service road (western arm) fronting Nos. 1 to 29a eastwards to a point 5m east of a point in line with the party wall of Nos. 3 & 5.
EDWARD ROAD, Chislehurst, both sides, from the south western kerbline of Green Lane south westwards to a point in line with the north eastern flank wall of No. 63 Green Lane.
ELMSTEAD AVENUE, Chislehurst, both sides, from the south western kerbline of Walden Avenue south westwards for a distance of 7m.
GLADSTONE ROAD, Farnborough, (a) the east and south east sides, from the northern kerbline of High Street to a point in line with the rear western boundary of No. 115 High Street; (b) the west and north west sides, from the north eastern kerbline of Hartington Close north eastwards for a distance of 9m.
GREEN LANE, Chislehurst, the west side, from a point 0.5m south of the party wall of Nos. 59 & 61 northwards to a point 2.5m north of the north western flank wall of No. 69.
KINGS HALL ROAD, Beckenham, (a) the north and north west sides, (i) from a point 2m east of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 108 & 110 westwards for a distance of 38m; (ii) from a point 3m south west of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 148 & 150 south westwards for a distance of 51m; (b) the south and south east sides, (i) from a point 2m east of the common boundary of Nos. 94 & 96 eastwards for a distance of 50m; (ii) from a point 4m north east of the common boundary of Nos. 138 & 140 south westwards for a distance of 32m.
LULLINGSTONE CRESCENT, St. Paul’s Cray, (a) the east side, from the southern boundary of No. 135 southwards for a distance of 18m; (b) the west side, from a point opposite the southern boundary of No. 135 southwards for a distance of 22m.
NICHOL LANE, Bromley, the east side, from a point 5m south of the southern kerbline of the entrance to the Prince Frederick public house car park northwards to a point 10m north of the northern kerbline of the entrance to the Prince Frederick public house car park.
PENRITH CLOSE, Beckenham, both sides, from the northern kerbline of Albemarle Road northwards for a distance of 12m.
RIDGEWAY, Hayes, (a) the north side, from the north western kerbline of West Common Road westwards for a distance of 28m; (b) the south side, from the north western kerbline of West Common Road westwards for a distance of 23m.
SOUTHLANDS ROAD, Bromley, the north west side, from a point 8m west of the western kerbline of Clarence Road eastwards to a point 10m east of the eastern kerbline of Clarence Road.
SUTTON CLOSE, Beckenham, both sides, from the northern kerbline of Albemarle Road northwards for a distance of 12m.
THE UNNAMED ACCESS ROAD off Anerley Hill, Anerley, leading to Crystal Palace National Sports Centre; the west to east arm, both sides, from the south eastern kerbline of the south west to north east arm eastwards for a distance of 65m.
VENNER ROAD, Penge, (a) the north east side, from the party wall of Nos. 131 & 133 northwards to a point 5.5m south of the northern boundary of No. 129; (b) the south west side, from a point 0.5m south east of the party wall of Nos. 150 & 152 north westwards to the common boundary of Nos. 136 & 138.
VILLAGE WAY, Beckenham, the west side, (i) from a point 1m north of the common boundary of Nos. 92 & 94 southwards to a point 3m north of the party wall of Nos. 96 & 98; (ii) from a point 6.5m north of the common boundary of Nos. 110 & 112 southwards to the common boundary of Nos. 116 & 118.
