At a General Meeting of the above named Company convened and held at 1 Mayfair Mews, Mersey Road, Didsbury, Manchester M20 2JX on 15 March 2011 at 11.00 am the following special resolution numbered 1 and ordinary resolution numbered 2 were passed:
1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That J M Brenner of B&C Associates Limited, Trafalgar House, Grenville Place, Mill Hill, London NW7 3SA be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.
