Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by (1) Geering (Guernsey) Limited (in liquidation), a company incorporated in Guernsey (registered number 41246) and having its registered office at 31/33 Le Pollet, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WQ, and (2) Richard Anthony Garrard, having an address for service at Deloitte LLP, Regency Court, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3HW, and Nicola Anne Robinson, having an address for service at Deloitte LLP, Lord Coutanche House, 66-68 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey JE4 8WA, the joint liquidators thereof pursuant to a special resolution of the members of the First Petitioner passed on 21st September 2010, for an order under section 1029 of the Companies Act 2006 that the name of Geering Limited, a company incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts (registered number SC257910) and having had its last registered office at 25 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh EH1 2ER, be restored to the register of companies.

On 25 February 2011, Lord Glennie at the Court of Session pronounced an interlocutor in which he appointed the Petition to be intimated on the Walls in common form and advertised once in each of the Edinburgh Gazette and London Gazette; Granted warrant for service of the Petition as craved, together with a copy of the said interlocutor upon the parties named and designed in the Schedule annexed thereto and Allowed them and any other party claiming an interest, to lodge Answers thereto, in the hand of the Deputy Principal Clerk of the Court of Session, within forty two days after such intimation and service.
