Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 146 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that the final meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at the following address: Old Cottages, Tutts Clump, Reading, Berks RG7 6LE, on Tuesday 29 March 2011 at 10.30 am to receive the liquidator’s report of the winding-up and to determine whether the liquidator should have his release under Section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a creditor.
