  • 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing, propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under Legislation section: sections 6, Legislation section: 45, Legislation section: 46, Legislation section: 49 and Legislation section: 124 of and Legislation section: Part IV of Legislation section: Schedule 9 to the Legislation: Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
  • 2 The general effect of the Parking Place Orders would be to
    • a convert permit holder parking in Clovelly Road (on the south side adjacent to Acton Lane) to shop and stop parking which would operate between 9.30 am and 5.30pm on Mondays to Fridays with parking limited to a period of 60 minutes in the parking places. No return would be permitted to the parking places for 1 hour;
    • b provide shop and stop parking in Hotspur Road (on the north side adjacent to Stables Close) which would operate between 9 am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays with parking limited to a period of 30 minutes in the parking places. No return would be permitted to the parking places for 1 hour;
    • c remove the yellow line waiting restriction in Beaumont Road outside Nos. 16 to 20 and replace it with permit holder parking;
    • d shorten permit holder parking places in Berrymede Road at the junction of Acton Lane by 5 metres;
    • e relocate a permit holder parking place in Broad Passage (on the north side near Old Oak Road.
  • 3 The general effect of the Waiting Restriction Order would be
    • a to impose additional lengths of double yellow line waiting restrictions applying at any time in the lengths of roads specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice.
    • b to impose waiting restrictions applying between 8 am and 9.30 am and 3 pm and 4.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays in the length of Vernon Rise specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice;
    • c to remove the “at any time” waiting restrictions in the length of Alperton Lane specified in Schedule 3 to this Notice.
  • 4 The Orders, precise details concerning the lengths of road affected and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Mouchel, 6th Floor, 58 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2ST, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders.
  • 5 Further information may be obtained by telephoning Mouchel, telephone number 020 8326 3000 .
  • 6 Any objections or other representations about any of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, Mouchel, 6th Floor, 58 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2ST, quoting reference 103379/ORD 3566/djc until the 17th December 2010 . All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
