Notice is hereby given that the partnership until now existing between Michael John Yolland and Neil David Evans under the name Eastwood Garden Plant Centre, Eastwood Park, Falfield GL12 8DA is now dissolved by mutual consent. That Neil David Evans has withdrawn from and is no longer associated in the conduct of the business of the said partnership and Michael John Yolland will conduct the said business hereafter and has assumed all of the outstanding obligations and is entitled to all of the assets of the said business.

That the said partnership is dissolved on 6 July 2010.
