MYLES ANTONY HALLEY

On 22 April 2010 a Court Order was made removing Myles Antony Halley as joint liquidator of OM Recoveries Limited (formerly Olan Mills Limited), High Court of Justice No. 1347 of 2007 following his retirement from KPMG LLP and appointing me in his stead.

Pursuant to the Court Order creditors have a right, within 28 days of being given notice of the making of the Order, to apply to vary or discharge the Order.
