“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Alfred George Alexander and Melvyn Julian Carter, both of Carter Backer Winter LLP, Enterprise House, 21 Buckle Street, London, E1 8NN, be and they are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up, and be authorised to act jointly and severally.”
