We, Gary John Broughton, of Warrendene, Clay Pit Lane, Ledsham, West Yorkshire LS25 5LP and Kevin Michael Broughton, of Lumby Manor, Butts Lane, Lumby, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS25 5JA, were Directors of the above-named Company on the day it entered Administration.
