TAKE NOTICE that it was deemed to be in the interests of Creditors (and for Members’ voluntary liquidations, Shareholders) to make an application to the Court to have the appointments noted below transferred to ensure that the appointments continue to be dealt with in an expedient and cost efficient way.

The Insolvency Practitioners concerned are:

Anthony Murphy and Robert William Leslie Horton, both formerly of Smith & Williamson Limited and now of Bridge Business Recovery II LLP; Roger Tulloch, formerly of Smith & Williamson Limited and now of Deloitte LLP; and James Douglas Ernle Money and Henry Anthony Shinners, both of Smith & Williamson Limited.

AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that by Order of His Honour Judge Daniel sitting in the Chancery Division of the Bristol District Registry of the High Court of Justice on 21 December 2009, the following transfers of appointment do take effect in relation to the estates noted below.

Roger Tulloch will relinquish his appointment as Joint Liquidator of Access Devices Digital Limited such that Robert William Leslie Horton and Anthony Murphy will be the Joint Liquidators.

Anthony Murphy will replace Roger Tulloch as joint office holder such that Anthony Murphy and Robert William Leslie Horton will be joint office holders in respect of the following matters:

Members’ voluntary liquidation

AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any Creditor (or, for the Members’ voluntary liquidations, shareholder) may apply to the Court within 14 days of this advertisement for reconsideration of the removal of Roger Tulloch, James Douglas Ernle Money and Henry Anthony Shinners and/or their replacement by Anthony Murphy, as appropriate. Any such application should only be made on reasonable grounds.
