The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has determined that his proposal to install new traffic technology telecommunications infrastructure between the M11 J8 Stansted (MP 47/7) and M11/A14 Girton interchange (MP 91/8) is a relevant project in the meaning of Section 105A(1) of the Highways Act 1980 and is not subject to environmental impact assessment in accordance with Part VA of the Highways Act 1980 implementing Directive 85/337/EEC as amended by Directive 97/11/EC.

Any comments about this notice should be sent, as soon as possible and not later than 6 weeks from the date of this notice, to:
