A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Gatherley Road Industrial Estate, Brompton-on-Swale, Richmond, North Yorkshire DL10 7JQ, presented on 30 October 2009 by NEVILLE ADAMS LIMITED (Company No 01905843), of 1st Floor, 73-75 High Street, Stevenage, Hertfordshire SG1 3HR, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Darlington County Court, on 14 January 2010, at 2.30 pm (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
