Notice is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 that a Meeting of Creditors of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, No 1 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9HF on Thursday 7 January 2010 at 10.30 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the Act.
