Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that Final General Meetings of the Members of the above named companies will be held at Smith & Williamson Limited, Imperial House, 18-21 Kings Park Road, Southampton, SO15 2AT on 9 February 2010 at 10:30 am (for Lawgra (No.684) Limited) and 10:45 am (for Lawgra (No.685) Limited for the purposes of having accounts laid before them, and to receive the Joint Liquidators’ reports showing how the winding up of the companies has been conducted and their property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators.

Any Member entitled to attend and vote at the above mentioned meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. Such proxy need not be a member of the companies. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at Smith & Williamson Limited, Imperial House, 18-21 Kings Park Road, Southampton, SO15 2AT no later than 12.00 on the business day prior to the meetings.
