Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a General Meeting of the members of the above named company will held at the offices of Cirrus Professionals Services, 12 St Mary’s Gate, Derby, DE1 3JR on Friday 29 January 2010 at 10.00 am for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any member entitled to attend and vote at either of the above meetings may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy holder need not be a member. Proxy forms must be returned to Cirrus Professional Services, 12 St Mary’s Gate, Derby, DE1 3JR by no later than 12.00 noon on Thursday 28th January 2010.
