Final Meetings of the members and creditors of the above Company will be held at Omega Court, 368 Cemetery Road, Sheffield S11 8FT, on 5 February 2010, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively to receive a final account of the liquidation receipts and payments; and an explanation of the way the assets were realised and the funds paid out; unless the creditors decide otherwise at the meeting, on vacating office the liquidator will automatically be released from any liabilities he may have incurred as liquidator.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above meetings may appoint a proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy holder need not be a member or creditor of the company. Proxies for use at either of the meetings must be lodged at the address shown above no later than 12 noon on the business day immediately prior to the meetings.
