Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Campbell Crossley & Davis, 348-350 Lytham Road, Blackpool, Lancashire FY4 1DW, on Friday 29 January 2010 at 10.15 am and 10.30 am respectively for the purpose of having a final account laid before them by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and resolving that the Liquidator be granted his release.

Proxies for use at either meetings must be lodged at the offices of Campbell Crossley & Davis, 348-350 Lytham Road, Blackpool, Lancashire FY4 1DW, no later than Thursday 29 January 2010. A proxy holder need not be a member or creditor of the Company.
