Notice is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company will be held at Best Western Roker Hotel, Roker Terrace, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear SR6 9ND on 8 January 2010 at 11.45 am for the purposes mentioned in Section 99 to 101 of the said Act.
