“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Arif Anwar FCCA MABRP, Insolvency Practitioner of Rifsons, Rifsons House, 63-64 Charles Lane, St. John’s Wood, London NW8 7SB, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
