Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at Fernwood House, Fernwood Road, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 1TJ on 13 January 2010 at 11.30 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
