At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0RA on 18 December 2009 the following resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a special resolution and No.2 as an ordinary resolution:-

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be would up voluntarily.

That Elizabeth Arakapiotis be and she is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.
