“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Laurence Russell of Albert Goodman, Mary Street House, Mary Street, Taunton, Somerset TA1 3NW be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up”.
