Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 1 October 2009, CGNU Life Assurance Limited and Commercial Union Life Assurance Company Limited withdrew as a limited partner in 3i Europartners Vb LP (the “ Partnership ”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP011420, and transferred their entire interest in the Partnership to Aviva Life & Pensions UK Limited, a company registered under the laws of England and Wales of 2 Rougier Street, York YO90 1UU.
