A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, Honiton Scaffolding Limited, whose registered office is at 2 Bracken Close, Honiton EX14 2YS, presented on 23 November 2009, by JONATHAN THARP, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Exeter County Court, at Southernhay Gardens, Exeter EX1 1UH, on 8 January 2010, at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
