A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, Vendforce Limited, Regional Sports Centre, Brennan Road, Tilbury, Essex RM18 8AE, presented on 25 November 2009, by A G BARR PLC whose registered office address is situate at Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld G68 9HD, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Bristol District Registry sitting at The Guildhall, Small Street, Bristol, on Thursday 14 January 2010, at 0930 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Wednesday 13 January 2010.
