Notice is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 that a Meeting of Creditors of the above named Company will be held at Smith & Williamson, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY on 20 January 2010 at 3.00 pm for the purposes mentioned in Section 99, 100 to 101 of said Act.

Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge a full statement of account and (unless attending in person) a proxy with the Company at the offices of Smith & Williamson (Bristol) LLP, Portwall Place, Portwall Lane, Bristol BS1 6NA, no later than 12 noon on the business day before the Meeting of Creditors. Secured creditors must, unless they surrender their security, give particulars of their security, the date when it was given, and its assessed value if they wish to vote at the Meeting.

Resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Joint Liquidators are to be remunerated and the creditors may receive information about or be called upon to approve the cost of preparing the Statement of Affairs and the costs of convening the Meeting of Creditors.

Colin Prescott of Smith & Williamson (Bristol) LLP, Portwall Place, Portwall Lane, Bristol BS1 6NA, is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner is relation to the Company and in accordance with Section 98(2)(a) of the said Act will furnish creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
