A meeting of creditors has been summoned by the Trustee under section 301 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of: forming a Creditors' Committee, or in the alternative, fix the basis of the Trustee's remuneration and disbursements. The meeting will be held as follows:- on 21 January 2010 at 11.00 a.m. at Aston House, 5 Aston Road North, Birmingham, B6 4DS. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12 noon on 20 January 2010 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one.
