FORM WELD LIMITED

At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Best Western Leicester Stage Hotel, 299 Leicester, Wigston Fields, Leicester, Leicestershire LE18 1JW on 18 December 2009 at 10.30 am the following resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a special resolution and No 2 as an ordinary resolution:-

1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That Lisa Jane Hogg and Claire Louise Foster of Wilson Field Limited, The Annexe, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield S11 9PS, be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators for the purposes of such winding up”.
