NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by 36-38 QAG Limited for consent to discharge up to 316.8 cubic metres per day of trade effluent consisting of previously abstracted groundwater as part of a ground source heating and cooling scheme to ground waters at National Grid Reference TQ 29616 79632 from 36-38 Queen Anne’s Gate, London SW1H 9AP.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Grant Wilson, Team Leader, The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, Quadrant 2, 99 Parkway Avenue, Parkway Business Park, Sheffield, S9 4WF, during the period 24/12/09 to 4/02/10 quoting reference NPSWQD008790.
