NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that 2 applications have been made to the Environment Agency by Dr Shafik Sachedina and Mr Shiraz Boghani for consent to discharge:

No.1: up to 68 cubic metres per day of secondary treated sewage effluent containing no trade effluent to a tributary of the River Arun (North River) at National Grid Reference TQ 13061 33298 from Clemsfold House, Guildford Road, Clemsfold, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 3PW;

No.2: up to 86 cubic metres per day of secondary treated sewage effluent containing no trade effluent to Boldings Brook (River Arun) at National Grid Reference TQ 16676 35051 from Boldings Brook Care Centre, Tylden House and Orchard Lodge, Dorking Road, Warnham, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 3RZ.
