NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Mr Michael Holgate for consent to discharge up to 11 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent to groundwater via a soakaway at National Grid Reference SD 45179 76557 from Hollins Farm camping and caravan site, Far Arnside, Nr Carnforth, LA5 0SL.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Grant Wilson, Team Leader, The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, Quadrant 2, 99 Parkway Avenue, Parkway Business Park, Sheffield, S9 4WF, during the period 24/12/09 to 4/2/10 quoting reference NPSWQD009794.
