NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Edward, Audrey and Patricia Clay for consent to discharge up to 7.5 cubic metres per day of Secondary Treated Sewage Effluent from a camping and caravan site to a tributary of the Earnley Rife at National Grid Reference SZ 81454 97982 from Red House Farm Camp Site, Bookers Lane, Earnley, Chichester, Sussex, PO20 7JG.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Grant Wilson, Team Leader, The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, Quadrant 2, 99 Parkway Avenue, Parkway Business Park, Sheffield, S9 4WF, during the period 24/12/09 to 4/2/10 quoting reference NPSWQD009821.
