A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Woodwater House, Pynes Hill, Exeter EX2 5WR, presented on 26 November 2009, by COOKS PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED (Company No 4115557), of The Workshop, Lemon Place, 101 Queen Street, Newton Abbot, Devon TQ12 2BD, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Exeter County Court, Exeter Combined Court Centre, Southernhay Gardens, Exeter, Devon EX1 1UH, on 14 January 2010, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 13 January 2010.
